Refund policy

Introduction

At A Journey To Sacred, we strive to provide the highest quality services and products to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services and products purchased from ajourneytosacred.com (the “Site”).

Services: Breathwork and Meditation Classes

Cancellations by Customers

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • No Refund: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by A Journey To Sacred

  • If we need to cancel a class for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

Products: Digital and Physical Items

Digital Products

  • Non-Refundable: All sales of digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable content) are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, physical products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Time Frame: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return. After 14 days, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at welcome@ajourneytosacred.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Some health and personal care items
